THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF CODE IS TO SUPPORT A NETWORK OF PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES TO DESIGN DELIVER AND EVALUATE QUALITY LITERACY PROGRAMS. AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF OUR PROGRAMS IS THE WORK OF VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK IN COUNTRY TO STRENGTHEN THE SKILLS OF EDUCATORS ESPECIALLY PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS AND LIBRARIANS.
