What we can change

Something here differs from the official record: We fix it. Most often the record changed after our last load; federal files are loaded each day.
The official record itself is wrong: Only the corporation can change it, by filing the change with Corporations Canada (how to report a change). This site follows within a day, and its directors within a week.
A record is on the wrong company: We take the match off. Records matched by name say so on the page.
Your own details as a director: We take your address, or your name and address, off this site. They stay on the federal record, which the law keeps public.

We read every request and reply within 30 days at the email address you give.
Before we remove a person's details, we may ask you to confirm that you are that person, or act for them.
A correction or a removal never costs anything.
